LDA at FDI EXPO 2008 in London, 24-25 June 2008
On June 24-25, 2008, LDA and representatives of 2 free economic zones in Lithuania are going to attend the FDI EXPO 2008 exhibition, which will take place at the international exhibition and conference centre ExCel London (visit LDA’s Stand B15).

10 Lithuanian companies were included in the Top 1000 Companies of New EUrope ranking, covering eleven European countries.

Conference “Lithuania in the World: Competitive or Outcompeted?” in Vilnius, 11 June
Lithuanian Development Agency (LDA) and Lithuanian Free Market Institute (LFMI) are organizing a conference to discuss the competitiveness of Lithuanian economy. The conference will take place in Vilnius on June 11, 2008.
Klaipėda Seaport Leading Among Baltic Ports
During January-April 2008, 10,45 million tons were handled in Klaipėda port. i.e. by 22% more than during the same period 2007. Following cargo handling data of January-April 2008, Klaipėda seaport left Tallinn and Ventspils ports behind.
