Compensation of Employee Re-qualification Expenditures
Companies, which are registered in Lithuania, can apply for compensation of employee re-qualification expenditures using EU Structural Funds. For small and medium enterprises, this covers up to 80% of general re-qualification expenditures and up to 45% of special re-qualification expenditures; for large businesses, up to 60% of general re-qualification expenditures and up to 35% of special re-qualification expenditures.
