Enterprise Lithuania invites official delegates and professionals from across the globe to attend the Global Networking - Matchmaking Event, which will be held alongside Internet Governance Forum (IGF) in Vilnius on Wednesday 15th September 2010.
The participants will be offered 25 minutes meetings with companies, organizations or individual professionals that they wish to meet or that chooses to meet them. This is a unique opportunity to meet many potential partners during one day using tête-à-tête meeting platform connecting government, business and science.
The participation is free of charge for professional visitors and delegates. This ‘speed-dating’ type of networking is an ideal opportunity to plan the meetings in advance and easily manage an appointment schedule in order to maximize your participation opportunities at the IGF 2010 through quick and focused pre-booked meetings.
Registration
Please note: registration for the Matchmaking event is separate from the official registration of the Internet Governance Forum (IGF).In advance of the Matchmaking event and reconciled with individual requirements, each participant will receive detailed information of potential partners and a personal meeting schedule.
When and where?
The event will take place on Wednesday, 15th September 2010 – Day 2 of Internet Governance Forum (IGF), 14.30 – 17.30 (Restaurant Adsum, between Hall 3 and 5).
Meeting venue: Lithuanian Exhibition Centre LITEXPO, Laisves ave. 5, LT-04215 Vilnius, Lithuania.

Please register at http://trademeeting.lt. Every participant will be asked to complete final registration form by filling in participant’s profile, which will be used to identify the participants with matching interests and potential areas of discussion or cooperation. The confirmation letter will be sent by email.
From 1st till 9th September 2010 all participants will be asked to make their meeting wishes by checking the list of companies/individuals registered and choosing partners for the meetings.
By the 10th September 2010 participants will be provided with individual meeting schedules and invitations to the Matchmaking event.
