In 2002 Transcom WorldWide, which was originally founded in Sweden in 1995 and is Europe’s largest geographic CRM solution provider for companies in a wide range of industry sectors, entered Lithuania with the purchase of NelteLink, the first international inbound call centre in the country. Today Transcom WorldWide Vilnius customer call centres provide professional customer relationship management services and information for many international companies in a multitude of industries in Lithuania, Estonia, the UK, Germany, Ireland, elsewhere in Europe, and the US, in the English, German, French, Polish, Russian, Danish and other languages. Due to growing market demands, in 2004 Transcom has expanded its operations in Vilnius to a round-the-clock service centre having 450 seats.

In 2003 the Japanese IT leader in providing client relation management (CRM) solutions and marketing systems, Interlogics Inc, which services the largest Japanese companies such as Sony, Borland Japan, AOL Japan, IDG Japan, etc, established a representative office in Lithuania, which has been successfully coordinating the expansion of the Japanese investment in other European countries.

In 2004 Aon Corporation, the world’s leading provider of risk management services, insurance and reinsurance brokerage, as well as human capital and management consulting, acquired the Lithuanian human capital and management consulting company Delta Management Solutions operating in Lithuania since 1992. The Lithuanian Aon Alliance Partner has continued to expand and innovate, offering recruitment and selection services to local businesses and foreign investors in Lithuania, Russia, the former CIS states as well as Central & Eastern Europe. Adapting to growing client needs and changing market conditions, the office added executive search, temporary staffing & employee leasing services to the Lithuanian market, and expanded its greenfield support activities to Asia and most recently the Balkans.
